Most purpose-driven organisations already believe in the importance of psychological safety: the belief that it’s safe to take risks, make mistakes, and be vulnerable with peers. A two-year study on team performance at Google found that it was the strongest predictor of team effectiveness. But even if many organisations believe psychological safety is important, far fewer can say whether their structures, meeting norms, and decision-making habits actually produce it.

In practice, trust and psychological safety is about more than just interpersonal warmth. It's shaped by how authority is held, how mistakes are handled, how clear people are on their roles, and what stays unsaid. Those are organisational design questions as much as cultural ones.

We’ll dive into these questions in this free online workshop on “Building Trust and Psychological Safety in Purpose-Driven Organisations”.

In 60 minutes we will:

  • Clarify what psychological safety and trust actually are, why it’s crucial for effective teamwork, and what happens to our brains when we don’t feel safe

  • Share important practices and structural factors for increasing the level of trust and psychological safety in your organisation

  • Reflect on your own team and explore which conditions and practices support or hinder trust and psychological safety

  • Share experiences, tips and learnings

Whether you are a leader, team member, or simply curious to learn about the importance of building organisational cultures based on trust and psychological safety, we invite you to join us for a free interactive workshop. And if trust in your team is already strong, we'd love to learn from your experiences.

We look forward to exploring, reflecting and learning together with you!
