Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden die Ergebnisse der zentralen Promovierenden- und Postdoc-Befragung 2024 präsentieret und diskutiert. Auf Basis der Daten sollen gemeinsam mögliche Maßnahmen und Verbesserungsvorschläge gesammelt und bewertet werden.

Alle Universitätsmitglieder sind hierzu herzlich eingeladen, um Anmeldung wird gebeten.

Ablauf:

9:00 bis 9:45 Begrüßung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse (auf Englisch)
9:45 bis 10:45 Diskussion in thematischen Gruppen (auf Englisch und Deutsch)
10:45 bis 11:15 Kaffeepause
11:15 bis 12:15 Podiumsdiskussion (auf Deutsch). Beteiligung: Prof. Stefan Rensing (Prorektor für Forschung und Innovation), Prof. Sylvia Paletschek (Prorektorin für Universitätskultur), Dr. Deniz Kumral (Postdoc), Lea von Berg (Promovierende)
