This hands-on workshop is designed for startups and companies looking to strengthen their innovation strategy through effective patent research. Participants will gain a structured and interactive introduction to patent databases and learn how search engines work in the context of intellectual property.

The workshop is divided into two parts:
In the first session, you will learn practical approaches to patent searching, including an introduction to tools such as Espacenet and how to navigate patent information, including links to the European Patent Office’s electronic files.
The second session focuses on application: participants will conduct guided patent searches on their own laptops, supported by an experienced research professional.

Please bring your laptop for the practical exercises and analysis.

The workshop is led by V.O. in collaboration with Novaro IP and organized by the Healthcare Accelerator BioPark Jump.

The event is free of charge, but registration is required. The deadline for registration is 10 June.
