Developing our potential as a leader starts within. As leaders, our values can support us to make decisions and prioritise, navigate challenges and conflicts, as well as shape our vision and the impact we want to create. Exploring our core values and how they show up in our work and life can also give us insights into who we are as a leader - because who we are is how we lead.

Join us on Zoom for a free workshop on ‘Values Based Leadership’. Over 90 minutes we will: 

  • Explore the role which values can play in more authentic and effective leadership

  • Reflect on the influence of values in teamwork, challenges and conflicts

  • Explore your personal core values and how they show up in your work and leadership

  • Share experiences, tips and learnings

Whether you are working in a leadership position, just starting out on your leadership journey, or simply curious to explore the topics of values and leadership, we invite you to join us for an interactive workshop. We would love to learn from your experiences as well! 

It’s also a chance for you to learn about our 12 week online program, the Leadership Journey, which is starting on October 23rd 2020.
