WTC 2027 Registration Form

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the upcoming Workshop on Theoretical Chemistry 2027 in Bad Hofgastein, Austria. 
Please fill out the form below to complete your registration. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 70. 

The workshop takes place from February 23 to 26, 2027 in the Kongresszentrum Bad Hofgastein, Tauernpl. 1, 5630 Bad Hofgastein, Austria. 
Please note that there will be an informal optional get-together already on Monday, February 22,  between 18:30 and about 21:00. The workshop officially starts on Tuesday, February 23, 2027 at 8:45 am and ends on Friday, February 26, 2027 after a minisymposium with contributed talks at around noon. 
The registration fee covers the participation at the workshop, coffee breaks, drinks at the poster session, and the conference dinner.

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until January 31, 2027. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
