Note on participation fee

The IZKF charges a moderate participation fee of 100 € for all participants, which includes scientific programme, overnight stay, all meals and drinks during meals (any drinks consumed in addition to this must on site be paid for privately).

The participation fee does not apply to speakers (internal and external) and other participants with an active contribution (chairpersons, poster exhibitors – 1 person per poster).

Please provide a cost/finance center (internal settlement UKER) or a billing address for billing the participation fee. (billing adress for external and FAU participants)

Anreise mit der Bahn

Geben Sie in der elektronischen Reiseauskunft der Deutschen Bahn als Reiseziel "Lichtenfels" oder "Bad Staffelstein" an. Wegen der Entfernung sowohl vom Bahnhof Bad Staffelstein (5 km) als auch von Lichtenfels (8 km) nach Kloster Banz empfiehlt sich die Weiterfahrt mit einem Taxi. Zwischen Bad Staffelstein und Kloster Banz können Sie auch die (Ruf-)Buslinie 1254 nutzen: Fahrtwunschanmeldung bis spätestens 60 Min. vor Abfahrt. Bei Fahrten vor 8:00 Uhr muss die Anmeldung am Vortag bis 24 Uhr erfolgen (Telefonnummer: 09571 / 189080).
