What to expect:

Imagine walking into a room.
Everyone seems to know what’s going on.
Except you.

What do you do?

When we find ourselves in unfamiliar situations, it’s easy to assume that we’re the ones who have missed something.
But sometimes, the rules simply haven’t been made visible.
And it’s not just rules that can remain hidden.

Our assumptions can be hidden, too.

We interpret situations.
We fill in the gaps.
We make assumptions about other people — often without even realizing it.

In this interactive intercultural workshop, we’ll explore the hidden rules and unspoken assumptions that shape the way we experience everyday life.

Why can two people interpret the same situation completely differently?
Why do misunderstandings happen even when no one has done anything wrong?
And what role does culture play in all of this?
Together, we’ll explore how expectations are formed, how our perceptions influence the way we think and act, and how we can navigate cultural differences, uncertainty, and unfamiliar situations with greater awareness and confidence.

Expect an interactive workshop with space for reflection, discussion, and exchange — and the opportunity to look at familiar situations from a new perspective.

Curious about the rules no one tells you about? Come curious. Bring your experiences. Leave with new perspectives.

Sign up now and join us on November 10!
