Exkursion: Brüsselfahrt am 05.11.2026
Wir fahren gemeinsam als Studierendenschaft nach Brüssel!
Am 05.11.2026 geht es über Nacht mit dem Bus von Soest und Dortmund (Campus Nord) nach Brüssel. Die genauen Abfahrtszeiten geben wir euch rechtzeitig vor der Fahrt bekannt.
Unser erster Programmpunkt in Brüssel ist das Europäische Parlament. Dort treffen wir einen Abgeordneten aus unserer Region zu einem gemeinsamen Austausch. Dabei erhalten wir Einblicke in aktuelle europäische Themen, den Arbeitsalltag eines Abgeordneten und haben die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen. Außerdem besichtigen wir den Plenarsaal.
Nach dem Besuch im Europäischen Parlament habt ihr freie Zeit, um Brüssel auf eigene Faust zu erkunden – egal ob Sehenswürdigkeiten, belgische Fritten oder einfach ein entspannter Tag in der Stadt.
Treffpunkt: Campus Soest, 07:00 Uhr und Campus Nord der TU-Dortmund, (Uhrzeit und genauer Ort wird noch bekannt gegeben)

Bitte mitbringen: Perso oder Reisepass
Kosten: Der Ticketpreis setzt sich aus den Fahrtkosten (10 €) und einer Reservierungsgebühr (25 €) zusammen. Die Reservierungsgebühr erhältst du bei der Fahrt zurück. Der Preis für Mitarbeitende ist ein Festpreis.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 40 Personen begrenzt. Anmeldeschluss ist der 02.10.2026.
Wichtig zur Anmeldung: Bitte melde dich ausschließlich für das Ticket deines eigenen Standorts an. Studierende in Iserlohn wählen also nur das Ticket „Iserlohn“. Ist das Kontingent deines Standorts ausgebucht, kommst du automatisch auf die Warteliste. Sollten an einem Standort Plätze frei bleiben, werden diese an Personen auf der Warteliste vergeben. Du wirst dann per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
Ausweisdokument: Bei Fahrten sind unbedingt ein gültiger Personalausweis oder ein Reisepass mitzuführen.
Abmeldung: Eine Absage ist bis eine Woche vor der Fahrt möglich. Im Anschluss gibt es kein Geld zurück.

Excursion: Brussels on 05.11.2026
We are travelling to Brussels together as the student body!
On November 5, 2026, we will travel to Brussels by bus overnight. You can board the bus in Soest or Dortmund (Campus Nord). We will provide the exact departure times in advance.
Our first stop in Brussels will be the European Parliament. There, we will meet a Member of the European Parliament from our region for a joint exchange. We will discuss current topics, learn more about the everyday work of an MEP, and have the opportunity to ask questions. We will also get to see the plenary chamber.
After our visit to the European Parliament, you will have free time to explore Brussels on your own – whether you want to visit some of the city's sights, enjoy some Belgian fries, or simply spend the day however you like.
Meeting point: Campus Soest, 07:00 and on the North Campus of the University Dortmund (Time and exact Place are TBD)

Cost: The ticket price consists of the travel costs (€ 10) and a reservation fee (€ 25). The reservation fee will be refunded to you during the trip. The price for staff members is a fixed price.
Places are limited to 40 participants. The registration deadline is 02.10.2026.
Important for registration: Please register only for the ticket that matches your own location. For example, students in Iserlohn may only choose the "Iserlohn" ticket. If the quota for your location is fully booked, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. If places remain unfilled at any location, they will be allocated to people on the waiting list. You will be notified by email.
ID document: A valid ID card or passport must be carried at all times during the trip.
Cancellation: Cancellation is possible up to one week before the trip. After that, no refund will be given.
