Welcome to our workshop!

The workshop will take place at: Zemos, room 0.17, Ruhr-Universität Bochum.

This event is primarily aimed at members of the cluster of excellence RESOLV from the three UA Ruhr universities (Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund University and University of Duisburg-Essen) and their associated institutions.

Our workshop is dedicated to the management of research data of all kinds including a special emphasis on data from the natural sciences, with a focus on teaching core concepts such as organizing, structuring, documenting, storing, archiving and publishing these data. The aim is to familiarize participants with the FAIR principles and prepare them to design their data in such a way that it is sustainable, accessible and usable for the scientific community. The workshop will provide a comprehensive insight into the theory of the FAIR principles, taking into account the many challenges that can arise when handling research data. The workshop also aims to provide researchers with practical skills and knowledge to effectively manage their data and contribute to the scientific community.

The lecture language is English.
