After your registration (see Register now button below) you will be asked for a possibly different billing address and a company-internal order number for the invoice you receive.
There you can alternatively use a company address for the invoice sent to your e-mail address.
In any case, the invoice will go to your email address stated above in the required field eMail!

Two visits à 25 people each will be offered on March 5 afternoon.

Visit times: 14:00 – 15:30 and 15:30 – 17:00.

Booking conditions:

Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the event on request free of charge, subsequent cancellations are subject to a charge. You are welcome to name a representative.
Our events are also open to non-members.
For overbooking of our events ISPE members are preferred.

Note: For company visits, the company may exclude individual participants from the visit for competitive reasons.


Part of the hand outs while the event will be a list with all participants (Name, Company and Email Address).

We point out that during the event photo and / or film recordings are made. We use these for reporting and marketing purposes. To this end, the recordings will be published in various media (social media, Internet / website as well as in press releases, newsletters, print products, etc.) following the event. This is permitted by Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, because we have a legitimate interest in informing the public about our activities.
Since you attend a public event, we assume that, in your view, there are no general reasons against the production of photographs and film recordings and the processing for the purposes described.
If this is not the case, please contact the organizers on site.
