Quantum Frames: Community Day
Transformative technologies are reshaping how we move, decide, and make sense of the world, and nothing is settled yet. Come think, question, and imagine with us while the future is still open. One day, many perspectives.
Quantum Frames will take place on October 29, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the TUM Think Tank in Munich.
This event is organised by the TUM Quantum Social Lab in collaboration with Ben Nott, the Munich Design Institute and the TUM Center for Culture and Arts. Quantum Frames - Community day is part of and supported by QuantWorld and TransforM.
This day is a starting point, not a one-off. What we create together will grow into new projects and lasting collaborations, shaped by everyone who takes part.
What to Expect
A day that moves between thinking and doing.
- Talks: how quantum and other transformative technologies are shaping culture and society
- Workshops: making quantum topics tangible, with a look at what they mean for architecture and mobility
- Hands-on sessions: trying things out and working through the questions these technologies raise for how we build, move and think
- Open exchange: time to meet people from research, art, design and beyond
Who should attend
This event is for researchers, creatives, and anyone working on or curious about quantum as transformative technologies, architecture, and consciousness.
Format
The full day event will take place in person and the full program will be shared soon.
Participation is free of charge. Please register for capacity planning.
