Claims for damages arising from positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo, and tort are excluded, unless the organizer, its legal representative, or its vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance and delay are limited to compensation for foreseeable damage in cases of slight negligence.
During the event, the organizer will take photographs and make film recordings. By entering the event venue, visitors irrevocably consent to the taking of photographs and the free use of their image for photographs, film recordings, and recordings made by the organizer or its agents in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent use on the organizer's website or in press reports for advertising purposes. Visitors release the organizer from any claims arising from the production, reproduction, use, or public disclosure of image material created by them. If a person is depicted alone in a photo, they may request that this photo be removed.
