You already master the basic waving techniques and want to take your Aufguss performances to the next level? Then our "Sauna Waving-Technique Advanced Course - Level 1" is exactly right for you.
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of your first show waving techniques – from the “Pizza” and the “Figure Eight” to the classic Angel. We will also introduce exciting movements such as body turns with the towel and towel rotations in front of the body.
All techniques are taught step by step, allowing you to master each element safely and integrate them smoothly and harmoniously into your Aufguss performances.

In addition to learning new show techniques, we place great emphasis on combinations and smooth transitions between basic and show waving techniques. Your existing movements will be analyzed, refined, and built upon a solid technical foundation.
In small groups, each participant receives individual corrections and focused coaching, enabling you to develop your own personal waving style – safe, effective, and easy on the body.
With 18 hours of intensive hands-on training, you benefit from a high level of practical instruction, personal guidance, and practice-oriented tips from our experienced Aufguss Master Trainers – proven nationally and internationally.

Content & Learning Objectives:
• Introduction to first show waving techniques such as Pizza, Figure Eight, the classic Angel, body turns, and towel rotations – including targeted body rotation in combination with the towel.
• Combining basic and show techniques with smooth, flowing transitions.
• Analysis and refinement of your existing basic waving techniques to improve precision, energy flow, and movement efficiency.
• Intensive practical training with approximately 18 hours of hands-on practice to sustainably anchor each technique.
• Small group sizes to ensure maximum individual support, feedback, and corrections. • Safe and body-friendly learning of techniques to avoid unnecessary physical strain and promote healthy execution.
• Building a solid technical foundation as the basis for further advanced and professional-level techniques.
