As we prepare to bring the Regenerative Evaluation Festival 2027 (R:Eval27) into the world, we are opening our first co-creation space specifically for members of our Community of Practice.

R:Eval27 (Evidence in Service of Life, April 19–23 & 28, 2027) builds directly on our shared inquiries, the Living Paper, and years of community-led practice. Our ambition is to build a global commons together, combining global virtual streams with self-organized local hubs around the world.

This 60-minute interactive session is an invitation to explore how you, your organization, or your local network might want to step into the festival. Guided by our core ethos—no expectations, only invitations—we will share the overall festival architecture and create space to spar, test, and soundboard ideas.


What We Will Cover & Explore Together

  • The Festival Vision & Flow: A quick overview of the Festival arc, thematic inquiries, and the pay-within-capacity financial model.

  • The 4 Collaboration Pathways: How to engage across our four main avenues:

    1. Endorsement & Ally Network: Simple logo permission and alignment statements.

    2. Virtual Co-Creation: Hosting 90-minute interactive workshops or 30–45 minute pause/creative interventions.

    3. In-Person Local Hubs: Stewarding local watch parties or regional gathering days on Friday, April 23.

    4. Financial Partnering: Resourcing global equity, Global South stipends, and local hub micro-grants.

  • Breakouts & Idea Sparring: Dedicated time in small groups to share early ideas, test workshop concepts, find potential co-hosts, or discuss hosting a local hub in your city.

  • Next Steps: How we are curating an initial program with CoP members and strategic partners ahead of our public festival launch in November.
