Einwilligungserklärung
Mit der Anmeldung willige ich in die Speicherung und Verarbeitung meiner personenbezogenen Daten durch das den Startup Campus der Technischen Hochschule Deggendorf und ITC1 Deggendorf GmbH als Teil des Gründerzentrums Digitalisierung Niederbayern zum Zwecke der Veranstaltungsdurchführung, der Dokumentation und Veröffentlichung in Onlinemedien wie LinkedIn und den Webseiten sowie die Aufnahme in ein Teilnehmerverzeichnis zum Zwecke der Erfüllung der Bewirtungsrichtlinie der THD ein.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden Foto-, Film- und Audioaufnahmen gemacht und ggfs. im Kontext der Veranstaltung bzw. zu journalistischen Zwecken veröffentlicht. Die Veröffentlichung kann dabei folgende Formen umfassen:
• Online-Veröffentlichung: auf der Website und den Social Media Kanälen des Startup Campus bzw. der TH Deggendorf und ITC1 bzw. GZDN • Print-Veröffentlichung: in der regionalen und überregionalen Presse sowie in den Print-Publikationen und Presse-Erzeugnissen der TH Deggendorf und ITC1 • Allgemeine Öffentlichkeits- und Pressearbeit: Bebilderung von Themen auf den Websites sowie auf sonstigem Informationsmaterial des Startup Campus bzw. der TH Deggendorf und ITC1 bzw. GZDN z.B. auf Flyern, Broschüren etc. Empfänger Im Rahmen der Datenverarbeitung können Daten an externe Dienstleister übermittelt, mit denen wir einen Auftragsverarbeitungsplan geschlossen haben.
Dazu gehören • Microsoft Ireland (Einsatz von Microsoft Teams bei Online-Veranstaltungen) • eveeno GmbH Deutschland (Einladungs- und Veranstaltungsmanagement)
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Weiterhin übermitteln wir mit Ihrem Einverständnis auch Daten an Dritte: • Presse • Partnerinstitutionen des Startup Campus und ITC1 ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Diese getroffene Einwilligung ist freiwillig und kann jederzeit schriftlich mit Wirkung für die Zukunft gegenüber dem Startup Campus bzw. der Technischen Hochschule Deggendorf und ITC1 Deggendorf bzw. GZDN widerrufen werden. Ab Zugang der Widerrufserklärung dürfen meine Daten nicht weiterverarbeitet werden. Durch den Widerruf meiner Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt. Bitte wenden Sie sich diesbezüglich an startupcampus@th-deg.de. | Consent Declaration By registering, I consent to the storage and processing of my personal data by the Startup Campus of the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (TH Deggendorf) and ITC1 Deggendorf GmbH as part of the Gründerzentrum Digitalisierung Niederbayern (GZDN), for the purposes of organizing the event, documenting it, and publishing content on online platforms such as LinkedIn and official websites. I also consent to being listed in a participant directory in order to fulfill the hospitality guidelines of TH Deggendorf. Photo, video, and audio recordings will be taken during the event and may be published in the context of the event or for journalistic purposes. Such publications may include the following formats: • Online publication: on the websites and social media channels of the Startup Campus, TH Deggendorf, ITC1, or GZDN • Print publication: in regional and national press, as well as in printed publications and press materials of TH Deggendorf and ITC1 • General public relations and press work: including the use of images on websites or other informational materials of the Startup Campus, TH Deggendorf, ITC1, or GZDN, e.g. in flyers, brochures, etc. Recipients
In the course of data processing, data may be transferred to external service providers with whom we have signed data processing agreements. These include: • Microsoft Ireland (use of Microsoft Teams for online events) • eveeno GmbH Germany (event invitation and management) With your consent, we may also pass data on to third parties: • Press/media representatives • Partner institutions of the Startup Campus and ITC1 This consent is given voluntarily and can be revoked at any time with future effect by contacting the Startup Campus, TH Deggendorf, or ITC1 Deggendorf/GZDN in writing. Upon receipt of the revocation, no further processing of my data will take place. The legality of any processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected.
