Handprint Prelaunch: a new approach to fostering our capacity for positive impact
We’d love to invite you to our Community Handprint prelaunch: an hour dedicated to understanding the positive impact we can have on the world.
We – that is the Inner Green Deal in collaboration with Unity Effect. Over the past months, we’ve been developing the Handprint concept and an assessment rooted in Unity Effect’s Impact Garden model.
Thanks to the Inner Green Deal’s network, we were also able to establish partnerships with the United Nations Climate Change Global Innovation Hub and the Inner Development Goals. This is why our Handprint approach is on its way to becoming an official UN global innovation project, and will form part of this year’s Inner Development Goals Summit in Stockholm.
In our joint session, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about the Community Handprint concept and how you can apply it to your work and life.
Have time to respond to the assessment, learn more about ways to increase your Handprint, and provide feedback on how to further improve the approach.
Exchange with peers on how to (collaboratively) increase the positive impact we have on the world.
No prior knowledge is needed to join the session. There will be time during the session to fill out the assessment. You can also do it in advance and have more time to exchange with peers.
Wondering what we do with the results and where we plan to take this? Our rough roadmap is to:
Reach out and collect responses (July and August).
Analyse the results and revise the assessment with any improvements (August and September).
Engage with key actors such as city representatives, the United Nations Climate Secretariat (UNFCCC) and others.
Bring the results and the assessment to the Inner Development Goals Summit in Stockholm (October) and COP 29 in Baku (November).
Further shape the narrative on what we as human beings can contribute positively to our world’s future – leading up to COP 30 in Belém, Brazil (November 2025).
The respective partnerships with the United Nations and Inner Development Goals are already in place, which makes your participation even more significant.

Please note: The workshop times are in Central European Summer Time (UTC +2). Our workshops are designed to be a space for exchange. We will not record, but you will receive our slides afterwards. We will exclude any AI tools for meeting notes (Otters, Fireflies, …) to enable open dialogue.
