Gute Lehre bedeutet mehr, als wöchentlich eine Vorlesung abzuhalten. Als Hochschullehrer sehen Sie sich mit einer Vielzahl von Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Sie müssen nicht nur fachliche, sondern auch didaktische Kompetenz unter Beweis stellen – oft in unvorhergesehenen oder schwierigen Situationen. Die Vielfalt Ihrer Studierenden erfordert zudem Abwechslung und Flexibilität in Ihrem Lehransatz.

Dieser Workshop richtet sich an Lehrende aller Fachbereiche, die ihre Lehre didaktisch sinnvoll gestalten möchten. In zwei kompakten Online-Sitzungen erwerben Sie fundierte Kenntnisse der Hochschuldidaktik und lernen, wie Sie diese direkt in Ihre eigene Kursgestaltung umsetzen können. Praktische Übungen helfen Ihnen, Ihre Rolle als Lehrende zu reflektieren und einen klaren, studierendenorientierten Ansatz zu entwickeln. Dieser bildet vom ersten Tag an die Grundlage für gute Lehre.

Inhalte:

  • Reflexion über die Rolle als Lehrende
  • Zielgruppenanalyse
  • Grundlagen und Konzepte des Lehrens und Lernens (z. B. „Constructive Alignment“ und die Formulierung von Lernergebnissen).
  • zielgruppengerechte Gestaltung und Vermittlung von Lerninhalten
Die Teilnahme ist für Mitarbeitende/Promovierende der Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf kostenfrei.

Good teaching takes more than delivering a weekly lecture. As a university teacher, you face a wide range of challenges and are expected to demonstrate not only professional but also didactic competence, often in unforeseen or difficult situations. The diversity of your students further demands variety and flexibility in your teaching approach.

This workshop addresses teachers of all departments who want to design their teaching in a didactically meaningful way. In two compact online sessions, you will gain a solid grounding in the basics of higher education didactics and learn how to translate them directly into your own course design. Practical exercises help you reflect on your role as a teacher and develop a clear, student-oriented approach, laying the foundation for good teaching from day one.

  • Reflection on the role as a teacher

  • Basics and concepts of teaching and learning such as Constructive Alignment and Formulating Learning Outcomes
  • Designing and presenting learning content in a way that is appropriate for the target group
The workshop is free of charge for employees/doctoral candidates of the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf.
