Systemic Impact Evaluation: measuring what matters

Impact evaluation can be intuitive, meaningful and energising!

A systemic, inclusive and purpose-driven approach to impact can be an empowering process that reveals hidden opportunities and structural challenges, creates empathy and dialogues between actors and opens up scenarios for joint action.

There is power in knowing why and how something works and impacts the lives of others (or why it doesn’t), and being able to communicate that internally and externally. For us, measuring impact is rooted in curiosity, joint learning and active participation. And it’s enabled by methods and methodologies that capture human complexity.

Join us on Zoom for a free workshop on ‘Measuring what Matters’. Over 90 minutes we will:

  • Share our approach to impact evaluation and a framework we have been developing over the past year.

  • Reflect on challenges and opportunities for you to evaluate impact.

  • Share experiences, tips and supportive tools.

This workshop is designed in an experiential and interactive way which does not require any prior working experience in impact evaluation. It’s enough if you are curious about it - or want to reduce your anxiety regarding measurements, methodologies and metrics :)

We look forward to exploring, reflecting and learning together with you!

PS: The workshop will be facilitated by Jannik Kaiser. You can check out his latest blog article on “The Art of Measuring Change” here.
