Regenerative Evaluation is evaluation in service of life: empowering people, shifting power dynamics, and therefore contributing to co-creating desirable futures.

Join us for the official launch of the Regenerative Evaluation Living Paper.

This publication is a collective labor of love from the Regenerative Evaluation Community of Practice. Over the past 2.5 years, practitioners, evaluators, and changemakers have engaged in a deep inquiry to explore how we measure and engage with change through a regenerative lens. We have synthesized these insights into a living framework that weaves together systems thinking, equity, and ecological principles.

In this interactive launch session, we will unveil the paper and explore:

  • The Shift: Moving from "proving impact" to "improving health," and understanding how evaluation can serve the vitality of the systems we work in.

  • The Principles: An introduction to the core mindsets that guide this work—from aligning with cyclical rhythms to cultivating self-reflexivity and honoring lived experience.

  • The Methodology: A walkthrough of the Seven Core Practices of Regenerative Evaluation, guiding you through the phases of Grounding, Tending, and Replanting.

What comes next?

This event is just the beginning. We will also share details about our upcoming Dialogue Series, where we will invite diverse evaluators and practitioners to illuminate different aspects of the practice and explore connections with other evaluation approaches.

Who is this for?

  • Evaluators & Researchers seeking methods that honor complexity.

  • Foundations & Funders looking for trust-based alternatives to rigid reporting.

  • Changemakers who want to tell the deeper story of their impact.
