How do you maintain your wellbeing while staying committed to your work and relationships? Boundaries help us protect our energy, clarify our needs, and create space for what truly matters, yet many of us struggle to set them effectively. Whether it's saying no to additional commitments, communicating our limits clearly, or honoring our own needs alongside others', boundary-setting is both essential and challenging.
At Unity Effect, we've spent years exploring what enables individuals and teams to thrive. This exploration resulted in our Capacity Compass model, which gives clear language to the capacity development foundational to success. In this workshop we’ll explore some of the individual and collective capacities that can support healthy boundary setting: from self-compassion and inner clarity to wellbeing and psychological safety in teams.
This workshop is for:
- Leaders who want to model healthy boundaries while supporting their teams
- Team members who feel stretched thin and struggle to say no
- Anyone seeking to create more sustainable ways of working and relating
- People who want to better understand the connection between inner awareness and outer action
In our free workshop of 90 minutes we will:
- Explore the Capacity Compass framework and how it relates to boundary-setting
- Identify the specific capacities that support healthy boundaries (both individual and collective)
- Reflect on your own boundary challenges and opportunities
- Practice tools for setting and communicating boundaries with clarity and compassion
