nach dem großen Interesse und der positiven Resonanz bei unserer Veranstaltung am 10. November 2025 freuen wir uns, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen:
Hiermit laden wir herzlich zur Gründungsversammlung des Vereins zur Trägerschaft der StudyFAB ein.

Ziel der Versammlung ist die offizielle Gründung des Vereins, der die Weiterentwicklung, Förderung und nachhaltige Sicherung der StudyFAB als offenen Lern-, Begegnungs- und Gestaltungsraum unterstützt.
Tagesordnung:
- Begrüßung und die Bestimmung einer Versammlungsleitung, sowie Protokollführung
- Prüfung der minimalen Anzahl an Gründenden und Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit
- Vorstellung der Ziele, des Zwecks und der Satzung des Vereins
- Beratung und Verabschiedung der Satzung des Vereins
- Beschluss über die Gründung des Vereins
- Wahl des Vorstands gemäß Satzung
- Beschluss über weitere organisatorische Schritte
- Verschiedenes
