Bei unserer Mensaführung nehmen wir dich mit auf eine spannende Tour durch das Zentrallager, zeigen dir, wie in der Großküche alles Hand in Hand läuft und wie die Spülküche selbst den größten Ansturm meistert. Du erfährst, wie viel Planung, Teamarbeit und Technik nötig sind, damit tausende Mahlzeiten reibungslos über die Theke gehen.
Zum Abschluss laden wir dich ein zum lockeren Austausch rund um das Thema "Nachhaltigkeit in der Mensa" – von regionalen Produkten bis zur Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung.
