Have an idea for an Erasmus+ project but don’t know where to start?

A successful application begins long before you start filling in the forms. You need a clear project idea, the right European partners and some important strategic decisions about how to set up your project.

In this practical two-hour online seminar, Sophia will guide you through the process, sharing her practical experience for 18 years, lessons learned and insights into developing an Erasmus+ application for cooperation projects.

Together, we’ll explore:

→ From idea to application
How do you turn an idea into a convincing Erasmus+ proposal? What should be clear before you start writing?

→ Partners & Strategy
How do you build the right consortium? Who should lead the project? And what strategic considerations can influence where and how you apply?

→ What does it really take?
What should you know about workload, responsibilities and collaboration before submitting an application?

Throughout the event, there will be space for questions, discussion and exchange. Bring your own project ideas, experiences and uncertainties – this session is designed to be practical and interactive.

Sophia and Monika will also share insights from the ElevatHER – Overcoming the Gender Power Gap project and briefly present the ElevatHER app and learning modules as a concrete example of a possible Erasmus+ project output: from an idea formulated in an application to something tangible created through European collaboration.

The workshop is organized by Smart Coop Germany is part of the WorkCoopHub programme. We look forward to members of the cooperative and anyone interested in developing European cooperation projects. The event will open with a short welcome and introduction to Smart by Magdalena Ziomek, co-CEO.

ElevatHer, Overcoming the Gender Power Gap, is founded by the European Union in the frame of Erasmus+ strategical partnership line.
