Ever wondered how your body, mind, and brain influence each other – and how you can leverage this connection for greater well-being?

Join this interactive workshop to explore practical Body2Brain strategies, engage in self-reflection, and connect with fellow doctoral candidates.


The dynamic interplay between body, mind and brain will be explained in a vivid, hands-on way and can be directly experienced. Especially during your dissertation phase, these approaches provide particularly helpful strategies for stress reduction and self-regulation
