Good Scientific Practice (compulsory module)

Content

The principles of good scientific practice form the basis for reliable research and science. They represent a responsible approach to the processes and participants involved in scientific work and are essential for strengthening and fostering society’s trust in science.

The constitutionally guaranteed freedom of science is inextricably linked to a corresponding responsibility. It is the duty of every researcher to take this responsibility fully into account and to embed it as a guiding principle for their own actions; this is reflected in the rules of good scientific practice, which will be discussed in this workshop.
