Lecture/Workshop of this month: “Understanding Labels on Skincare & Healthcare Products”

As a doctor from India and a Public Health Expert from Germany, I aim to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and everyday consumer awareness. This talk will focus on helping people understand product labels, interpret ingredients, recognize important claims and certifications, and make informed choices about the skincare and healthcare products, including health supplements, they use. The goal is to promote greater awareness, safety, and confidence in selecting products based on reliable information, mainly to counter the misleading claims or marketing trends on social media.
