The course runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

CERTIFICATION:

After full and personal participation in the respective course, you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation and meals.

Travel expenses, accommodation, and meals are to be borne by the participants.

A waving course for all sauna enthusiasts and aspiring Aufguss and Sauna Masters who want to learn the fundamentals of perfect waving.

Discover the magic of sauna artistry with the “Sauna Waving Technique Basic Course – LEVEL 1”!

Our three-day, practice-oriented course welcomes all sauna enthusiasts, whether you are new to the world of sauna aufguss or already an experienced Aufguss- and Sauna Master.

Sauna lovers who can imagine becoming an Aufguss Master are also warmly welcome – no prior knowledge is required.

Our experienced and renowned Sauna Aufguss Master Coaches share their knowledge and experience with you. We coach you in the correct technique right from the start – no more passing on outdated waving techniques and beliefs.

Learn from true professionals and lay the foundation for your further development.

Our courses are deliberately limited to a small number of participants to ensure individual support and effective coaching.

Your health is important to us. We place special emphasis on learning the correct waving techniques to avoid physical strain that can occur during daily work with waving towels.

Parking Information Holsten Therme:

Parking is available free of charge.

There are 4 parking spaces with electric charging stations (11–22 kW). Charging fees are billed according to the individual user contract and are charged directly through the provider’s payment system. The maximum parking time during charging is up to 4 hours with a parking disc.

The HolstenTherme station (Line A1) is only a 2-minute walk away.
