Liebe Promovierende,
wir hoffen, dass es euch gut geht!
Egal, ob ihr erst seit Kurzem dabei seid oder schon länger im Verband promoviert, vielleicht kamen bei euch auch schon einmal Fragen auf wie beispielsweise: Wie genau funktioniert der Verband eigentlich? Welche Akteur*innen gibt es im Hintergrund und wer entscheidet beispielsweise über neue Geschäftsordnungen? Wenn euch diese oder ähnliche Fragen bereits auf der Zunge lagen, dann seid ihr beim kommenden Get-Together genau richtig. Wir laden euch hiermit zu unserem kommenden Get-Together ein. Das Thema lautet:
🏛️ Wie funktioniert der Promotionsverband und wie kann ich mich engagieren?
Warum teilnehmen?
In dieser Stunde möchten wir gemeinsam die Struktur unseres Verbands näher beleuchten. Dafür haben wir Janine Schwarz als unsere Ansprechperson aus der Geschäftsstelle eingeladen, die uns die Funktionsweise des Promotionsverbands anschaulich näherbringen wird.
Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt des Treffens seid zudem ihr und eure Mitwirkungsmöglichkeiten. Da unsere Amtszeit im November endet, möchten wir diesen Rahmen nutzen, um euch unsere Arbeit im Konvent vorzustellen. In einer entspannten Runde beantworten wir all eure Fragen zum Verband und unseren Aufgaben und freuen uns über euer Interesse an der Verbandsarbeit!

we hope you’re all doing well!
Whether you’ve just joined or have been pursuing your doctorate through the association for some time, you may have wondered: How exactly does the association work? Who are the people behind the scenes, and who decides on new bylaws, for example? If these or similar questions have been on your mind, then the upcoming get-together is just the thing for you. We hereby invite you to our upcoming get-together. The topic is:
🏛️ How does the promotional association work, and how can I get involved?
Why join?
During this session, we would like to take a closer look together at the structure of our association. To this end, we have invited Janine Schwarz, our contact person from the office, who will clearly explain to us how the Doctoral Association operates. Another key focus of the meeting will be on you
and the ways you can get involved. Since our term ends in November, we’d like to use this opportunity to present our work in the Convention to you. In a relaxed setting, we’ll answer all your questions about the association and our responsibilities, and we’re excited about your interest in the association’s work!
