Einladung zur Sitzung des zentralen Konvents der Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden
Sehr geehrte Promovierende,
gemäß der Satzung des Promotionsverbandes Baden-Württemberg sowie der Geschäftsordnung des zentralen Konvents der Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden laden wir Sie hiermit zur kommenden Sitzung des zentralen Konvents ein.
Die Sitzung findet am Mittwoch den 10.06.2026 um 13:00 Uhr online statt und es sind folgende Tagesordnungspunkte vorgesehen:
TOP 1 Bericht der Vertretung des zentralen Konvents der Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden
TOP 2 Satzungsänderung zum Sitzungstonus des Konvents - Diskussion und Beschlussfassung
TOP 3 Fragen und Anmerkungen aus dem Kreis der Promovierenden
Anträge zur Tagesordnung sollen in Textform bis spätestens 30.05.2026 bei den Vorstandsvertretern des Konvents eingereicht werden. Alle Unterlagen zur Sitzung werden vorab versendet werden.

In accordance with the Statutes of the Doctoral Association of Baden-Württemberg and the Rules of Procedure of the Central Doctoral Convention, we hereby invite you to the upcoming meeting of the Central Doctoral Convention.
The meeting will take place online on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and the following agenda items are scheduled:
TOP 1 Report by the representatives of the Central Doctoral Convention
TOP 2 Amendment to the statutes regarding the meeting frequency – Discussion and resolution
TOP 3 Questions and comments from the doctoral community
Motions to the agenda should be submitted in writing to the executive committee representatives of the Convention until 30.05.2026. All meeting documents will be sent out in advance.
