Women in Data Science" (WiDS) is a platform for open exchange among all Data Science enthusiasts. Internationally recognized researchers, industry experts, and emerging young researchers present their work on a conference day. The technical talks are timely and relevant, providing deep insights with concrete connections to our daily lives and workplaces. Our poster session is designed to complement the lecture series and demonstrate the broad applications of artificial intelligence. Interdisciplinary approaches are welcome.

WiDS Regensburg is independently organized by representatives from networks, universities, and businesses to be part of the mission to increase participation of women in data science and to feature outstanding women doing outstanding work.

About the "Women in Data Science Regensburg"-Team  

A team of about ten members, consisting of students, young researchers, and representatives from companies, organizes "Women in Data Science Regensburg." Supporters also include Regensburg's universities, the city of Regensburg, the Bavarian Sensor Network, and other local partners from the high-tech sector.
